Services

Please note we are able to work only with clients residing in New York State at this time.

We do not conduct fully-remote evaluations for autism spectrum disorder or cognitive testing. For these types of assessments, a client must be seen in person for at least one, if not more, testing appointments.

  • The first step in determining what service or evaluation is right for you/your child. In this 15 minute consultation, we’ll discuss what services you’re looking for, what we provide, fee structure, and a plan moving forward.

    • Offered via telephone

    • Free

    • A 60 minute clinical intake session with client and parents/guardians (if <18 years) (offered via telehealth or in-person)

    • $200.00 deposit

  • The cost of a psychological evaluation varies depending on several factors, including the nature of the presenting concern, the age of the client, the complexity of the referral question, and the specific measures and protocols required.

For example, evaluations for older adolescents and adults often involve more in-depth history-taking from the client and collateral sources, which can affect the overall time and scope of the assessment.

Evaluations typically cost between $750 - $2,200. After a brief consultation, I can provide a personalized estimate based on your specific needs and goals for the evaluation.

I strive to be transparent about fees and provide clear, upfront estimates before moving forward. Each evaluation is tailored to the individual and designed to be both comprehensive and useful in addressing your goals.

    Typically included in an evaluation:

    • Developmental history interview with a childhood parent/caregiver

      • Typically offered via telehealth

      • 60-90 minutes

    • In-person testing (for autism testing clients, the Autism Diagnostic Observation Scale, Second Edition (ADOS-2) is administered)

      • 60-120 minutes depending on type of testing.

    • Completion of questionnaires (caregivers & teachers)

    • Feedback session with recommendations

      • Typically offered via telehealth

      • 60 minutes

All evaluations will include a written psychological report. This typically is delivered via the Client Portal 2-4 weeks after testing concludes.

  • Finding the right therapist for you or your child can feel overwhelming. You may have had experiences in the past where therapy did not feel helpful for you. I truly believe that therapy is most effective when safety and trust is established early on. I always prioritize creating a supportive, understanding environment to help families feel heard and respected.

I offer individual therapy services for children, adolescents, and young adults through age 25 with a wide variety of presenting concerns (e.g., anxiety, adjustment, developing executive functioning skills, ADHD, autism, etc.).

My approach is neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based. I have experience working with individuals who engage in masking or camouflaging behaviors, and I strive to create a space where clients can explore their authentic selves without judgment. Therapy is always tailored to the client’s unique needs, goals, and lived experiences.

While neurodiversity itself is not a reason someone may seek therapy, many neurodivergent individuals experience mental health challenges such as anxiety, executive functioning difficulties, depression, identity development concerns, and burnout.

I also offer services for parents/caregivers of children who engage in various disruptive or challenging behaviors. This type of treatment is typically conducted through telehealth and provides parents with structured, achievable goals to help manage their child’s behavior.
