Therapy and Parent Training

Finding the right therapist for you or your child can feel overwhelming. You may have had experiences in the past where therapy did not feel helpful for you. I truly believe that therapy is most effective when safety and trust is established early on. I always prioritize creating a supportive, understanding environment to help families feel heard and respected.

I offer individual therapy services for children, adolescents, and young adults through age 25 with a wide variety of presenting concerns (e.g., anxiety, depression, adjustment, developing executive functioning skills, ADHD, autism, etc.).

My approach is neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based. I have experience working with individuals who engage in masking or camouflaging behaviors, and I strive to create a space where clients can explore their authentic selves without judgment. Therapy is always tailored to the client’s unique needs, goals, and lived experiences.

While neurodiversity itself is not a reason someone may seek therapy, many neurodivergent individuals experience mental health challenges such as anxiety, executive functioning difficulties, depression, identity development concerns, and burnout.

I also offer services for parents/caregivers of children who engage in various disruptive or challenging behaviors. With the core belief that all behavior is a form of communication, this type of treatment is typically conducted through telehealth and provides parents with structured, achievable goals to help manage their child’s behavior.

Taking the first step can be hard, which is why I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation for you to ask questions and learn more about what therapy could look like for you.
